Keepsake purchase terms

Chatfold’s optional keepsake pack is sold by Tinotech. The price is R79 once off in South African rand, displayed again before payment. It is not a subscription.

What you receive

The pack includes the original Correspondence and After hours printable designs. Each produces a two-page keepsake from your locally analysed chat statistics, title and optional dedication. Download the HTML file, open it in a modern browser and use Print → Save as PDF. Use A4 paper, enable background graphics, and turn off print headers and footers.

This is a digital design pack, not a physical book, a complete chat transcript, an AI interpretation, or professional relationship advice. Analysis and JSON, CSV and original-text exports remain free.

Personal use

One purchase permits you to use the two designs for your own conversations and personal gifts. You may keep and print the reports you create. Do not resell or redistribute the blank design templates as your own product. You retain ownership of your chat data.

Delivery and restoration

Access is granted after server confirmation of a successful payment for this pack. Keep your downloaded files. Browser access can be restored using the receipt email and the Chatfold payment reference from your Paystack receipt. Keep those receipt details private. A refunded or disputed purchase may lose access to further template downloads.

Payment or delivery problems

If you paid but cannot generate or restore your pack, do not pay again. Email info@tinotech.co.za with the payment reference and a description of the problem, without sending your chat. We will help restore access or arrange a refund for a failed delivery. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Understanding the report

Statistics describe the text supplied. Exports can be incomplete and formats vary. Dates follow the export’s order and spelling. Counts do not measure the quality or health of a relationship. Review the free analysis before purchasing the design pack.
